HB640 Series Lock Sets
Halliday + Baillie Key Lock Sliding System with 33mm backset and a case depth of 48mm. Its slim proportions make it ideal for narrow style timber and aluminium joinery, particularly useful on sliding windows that require locking. Cylinders to be ordered separately with confirmation of the door thickness. Material: Diecast zinc with brass and 316 stainless steel Backset : 33mm Minimum door thickness : 38mm Flush pulls : 250mm x 36mm x 13mm Suitable for timber or aluminium doors PLEASE NOTE: In the HB648 and HB649 configurations the lock and flush pulls will be offset slightly and not line up. Flush pulls are designed to be mounted with the body within the thickness of the door, and the face surface mounted - total projection is 2mm. Fully recessed mounting is possible on timber doors with the appropriate door thickness. Using glue, epoxy or silicone products etc to secure flush pulls to the door is not required or recommended for installation, and may void warrantee. Glue, epoxy, or silicone products can be used to secure the spindle bat to the back of the snib flush pull for example where sets have a flush pull to one side only.
